The App does not provide financial planning advice, tax advice, investment recommendations, or any other professional financial services. 6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BudgetWise — including the app design, logo, code, and algorithms — are owned exclusively by PCN-Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

BudgetWise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PCN-Apps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including financial losses, data loss, or missed savings — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use BudgetWise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
